However, we were not able to make the necessary changes, so we applied for an extension of over a month, and are now waiting for the results. Although our laboratory frequently publishes in this journal, it still feels very difficult. Each research study requires many years of accumulation. In our group, a postdoc only managed to publish three papers in the span of ten years. I hope this paper gets accepted. Even though it may not be recognized domestically, let them be happy... But I did put in a lot of effort into this paper. Damn, I remember that winter. Half a meter of snow during heavy snowfall, causing transportation to be paralyzed for three days. I had to walk two hours to the laboratory every day to conduct experiments. Then, in the late night, walk back home for over two hours.
