Reviewed 2020-03-19 11:30:58 The review speed was actually not slow. I submitted the article in December 2017, and it was accepted in March 2018. However, the speed of being published is really the representative of Turtle Speed. It is now March 2020; my article is still not be published. I urged the editor, and the editor said that we were non-profit and all part-time, and we couldn’t speed up. However, I have nothing to say. However, if I have something that is not in a hurry to be published, I will continue to submit to this journal. The editor was good, and answered all the questions.
