A rare and freak journal. The manuscript being with editor for four months, I was told the theme did not match. Don’t you know that the theme does not match in a five-minute browse??? If no change of the editor in chief, I would not submit to this again.

It's really outrageous. I've been waiting for half a year for my submission with no response. Two reviewers accepted the review but never replied, and the editor has been inactive as well. The last time any editing was done was 4 months ago. I've contacted the customer service of the publisher three times with no response, withdrew my submission once with no response, and even emailed the editor with no reply. It's like dealing with a deadbeat.
