After three rounds of review for ten months, it was accepted. Both rounds required “revise and resubmit”, and three batches of reviewers were invited for the two rounds of review. There are two reviewers each time, two (a, b) for the first time, two (b, d) for the second time, and d for the third time was not satisfied (although only b’s opinions were returned, but it must have also been sent to b). Finally, the editor in chief decided to accept it. The editor's reply was: Although the last reviewer was not satisfied with the last revision, I did not agree with his point and decided to accept it. –Thumbs up to the editor-in-chief. The review experience is better than that of IJCAS previously. That journal reviewed the manuscript for two rounds. The reviewer's comments should be minor revisions required, but it got rejected. Basically, each round of review takes three months, which will not be any shorter. This journal is relatively old-brand. Although the impact factor is not high, it is highly recognized by foreign professors. When discussing academic researches with the experts, I cited several literatures to explain my views. They didn’t know what journals they are, but finally listened carefully to my explanation after I cited literatures from IJC. In short, I feel that the review is quite strict. The publication will be useful when discussing the academic researches with foreigners in the future.

An old brand journal. I had a very uncomfortable submission experience two years ago. After three rounds of review, I have been notified of the acceptance (is to be published), but it was sent to another reviewer, and then the manuscript was rejected because they felt it was of no innovation. I don't know if the editor made a mistake or what happened. In the next two years, I did not submit to this journal or review any articles for it. I submitted an article a while ago, and unexpectedly the comments were received in a week. How can it become so conscientious?

A Revise-Resubmit was required in the first review for three months. I feel that the two reviewers are fairly friendly and both positively affirmed the work. The first reviewer asked some detailed professional questions, so I specially revised it for a month. And the second reviewer required us to highlight the contribution of the article and make some comparisons. However, the result of the second review turned out to be a Reject-manuscript is unsound. The email simply stated that the proof of one of my theorems was similar to an article in 1978. And I didn't see other reviewers' comments and no attachments... Six months waiting in the second review were in vain.

Advantages: The editors and reviewers are very professional and responsible, and they raise issues that are not very sharp, but the paper needs a certain level of innovation.
Disadvantages: Slow, very slow. The time spent in editing is longer than the time spent in external review, with a total time of 13 months and the first review result taking six months. Students and teachers in urgent need of results should be cautious when submitting.
