No review fee, layout fee, and language requirements are not very high.  The review period is about one month. It was published online quickly, but it was officially published after about half a year.

Updated on January 27th for minor revisions, accepted on February 16th, proofread on February 21st, proofread submitted on February 23rd, and online publication on February 26th, searchable on PubMed. It was relatively smooth, but the process took a bit long, mostly due to waiting for reviewers. Many reminders were sent, and while the responses were official, they were also patient. Finally, the paper was successfully published, but the publication fee of over $3700 was a bit expensive.

Update, submitted for review on October 4th, during which several reminders were sent with no response. On January 16th of the 25th year, the reviewer was contacted and provided feedback the same day. On the 27th, the editor decided to make minor revisions.
