Originally submitted to the Iranian Journal of Science and Technology, Transactions of Civil Engineering, the manuscript was already sent back for minor revisions. However, it was discovered that the journal has been removed from SCI, so the submission had to be withdrawn. It has been a waste of almost half a year, and now it is being resubmitted to this journal...hopefully it will be processed quickly.
