Reviewed 2019-08-17 12:28:35 The reviewers and the editor were very serious and responsible. It took three months for the first review, and major revision was required. It was accepted after one-month second review. The assignment of DOI was very fast. The most impressive thing about this journal was that the review comments given were the best of all the articles I submitted, and some of them are directly used in the paper. It hit the nail on the head, and brought the painted dragon to life by putting in the pupils of its eyes. It was not to add a beautiful thing to a contrasting beautiful thing.
