The journal accepts theoretical or applied papers, with most articles on simulation, which is more friendly to Chinese authors. The journal speed is also good, with most papers being accepted within 6 months. My submission took longer because I had to switch editors as the previous one resigned. I have noticed that many Chinese authors are published in this journal, but there are few comments from Chinese authors. I am leaving this comment here for reference

Overall, the first-round review process was lengthy, taking a whole year for feedback. The journal is still acceptable, although it has dropped to the fourth tier of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
