Reviewed 2023-11-19 19:02:39 I submitted this journal to CCF-B at the beginning, so I didn't research the review speed and submitted it passionately. Then I waited from the beginning of the year to the end of the year. Overall, the speed is acceptable. Looking at the emails, they are consciously speeding up the review process. It seems that the editor-in-chief likes my article very much. After a major revision, the guy who opposed the initial review was kicked out during the second review. My paper is on overlapping community detection, which falls under the scope of artificial intelligence, information systems, and data mining. However, the editor's rejection feedback stated that the content is beyond the scope of the journal.
