There were three reviewers. 2019.08.12 Submission; 2019.10.09 First review notice requiring major revision was received; 2019.11.04 Major revision for the first review was returned; 2019.11.26 The second review notice requiring major revision was received; 2019.12.23 Major revision for the second review was returned; 2020.02.18 Received the acceptance notice. Basically, it takes about one month per round for external review, and the review comments will be returned to the editorial office, and then they will issue a notice after 10 working days. From submission to acceptance, it took half a year.

This journal is a bit confusing. It feels that the management is particularly irregular, and the review of manuscripts is still super slow. I suggest you to submit your manuscripts carefully. Just talk about my personal experience. The first review lasted 6 months; 7 reviewers (yes, yes, it was 7 reviewers! I was totally confused when the comments came back...); the editor required a major revision. It was revised for a month, with more than 50 comments responded, and each comment was answered very seriously. The results of the second review were good. The reviewers basically had no further comments. The editor gave the comments for acceptance, but I needed to revise according the two reviewers' comments. Only two comments for revision, one asked us to explain the algorithm in the conclusion section, and the other required us to add references. I thought it was okay. After the second revision was submitted, I waited for three months, and then the editor rejected it! The reason was that the writing was unprofessional, and some technical terms was used incorrectly... I really don’t understand, the technical terms are commonly used in the field, why the writing is unprofessional? The 7 professional reviewers did not say that it is unprofessional, but the editor directly rejected the manuscript for this reason. Afterwards, I appealed and sent three emails. I sent it to the journal's editorial office and the editor-in-chief. They all ignored it... Even if they didn't accept the appeal, at least they should reply my email. It’s so deceiving~ I advise everyone to be cautious.

Published in August 2011, and there has been no result since. It was urging in nearly 12 months in May of the 12th year. Later, it was revised after half a month. It seems that it will be given more than one month after returning.Accept the information.I feel that this is better, their editors are not too serious.The reviewer I recommended was one of my brothers. I didn't expect to actually go to him. Oh, I gave him the review comments.Another reviewer felt that he didn't understand it.I didn't know much about the papers, but I felt that the authors still did something, and they gave some suggestions.Returning to other reviewers is even more ridiculous. One reviewer wrote two words directly: nice work! Four reviewers I found that I had more comments on the review.I don’t know how the editor of this journal is.

Submitted on 5.31, indicated conference to journal, cited conference version and compared, introduction also explained major changes. Cover letter noted.
Returned on 6.4 as draft, supplemented material issue, also found a preprint that I needed to explain.
Replied on 6.6 and informed that the preprint was not my paper.
Returned on 6.7 again due to preprint issue. I directly wrote to the editor, the system mixed up another paper with mine.
Editor responded on 6.8, resolved the issue, asked for resubmission. Handled.
Asked for conference version PDF on 6.11. Handled.
Asked for explanation of author list changes on 6.13. Handled.
Said they would confirm with authors on 6.14.
Asked to add conference to journal explanation to acknowledgment on 6.22. Handled.
Editor rejected on 7.3, reason being errors found...

【1】Errors pointed out by the editor were not visible to me, probably due to formatting issues caused by Word (this is my own fault for not using LaTeX consistently).
【2】When submitting to other journals, there were not as many requirements, so the back and forth mentioned above is something I will avoid in the future.
However... couldn't the editor have skipped this round of rejection and been less busy...

The recent trend of H Publishing: The time spent in the editorial department is long, but the speed of entering external review is accelerated. This paper is no exception. It took a month to enter external review. The total time for two rounds of review does not exceed 20 days, and with my revision time, the entire review process for this paper does not exceed 30 days, leaving several dozen days waiting for news from the editorial department.
