The biggest advantage is fast speed. A regular association publication, which is recognized in the industry. The length of the article need not be too long and it focuses on innovation. The manuscript was reviewed very seriously, and a lot of valuable comments were put forward, which will help improve the quality of the article even if it was not accepted. The low impact factor is not because of the poor quality of the articles, but because of being not easy to download articles. The Japanese are quite serious and meticulous.

Though the impact factor is just so so, the journal is still presentable, much better than those international journals.
