It is ridiculously slow; the result was only given once in three months. Judging from the articles accepted, it usually took one month for Letters, and two months for the Regular Papers. It is said that articles with more than three months of review time usually have bad results. I hope it can be accepted; even major revision required was not so bad. I am very anxious.

The manuscript was finally accepted by a top journal of the power electronics. It was not easy. It lasted for almost a year. Generally speaking, the reviewers were very professional, the review process was very standardized, and the results were returned on time. It was submitted for first review was on May 22, 2019. The results were returned on July 15th. There were three reviewers, one recommended major revision, and two recommended rejections and resubmissions. It turned out that the editor required the rejection and resubmissions. I didn’t care about other things in the middle. It was sent for the second review on November 14th. The results were given on January 27, 2020. There were five reviewers. Three recommended minor revisions, two recommended revisions and the editor required revision. The revised manuscript was sent for the third review on March 19, and the results were released on April 22. This time it should not have been sent to the two reviewers who previously recommended minor revisions. All the three reviewers agreed to accept it. The editor accepted it. In short, it was not easy to write 16 pages of manuscript and I was happy to pay for the extra part.
