This journal does have certain problems mentioned on the 12th post, but the number of articles on hot topics has gradually increased in the past year. I have submitted three articles in the journal, two got accepted and one got rejected. For the articles accepted, there was a reviewer who was extremely irresponsible, and he refused it for the sole purpose of rejection. Fortunately, AE gave us the opportunity to make a major revision, and we finally convinced the reviewer who rejected it and the paper was successfully accepted. Most of the reviewers were still very serious, their opinions were quite pertinent, and some very fundamental questions have been raised. I still hope that the journal will get better and better.

After extended based on a good conference paper and some descriptive content and experiments added, it was submitted to this journal, and then rejected in two months. The main reason was that the newly added things are not important enough. I feel that this journal is not very friendly to conference extended papers, and a lot of important content needs to be added.

Parallel computing and distributed network are highly recognized in top journals. Submitted articles are in the direction of network/computing, and the review comments are insightful and very professional. 

The only downside is that the review process is relatively slow, the initial review took 7 months, and the feedback for major revision took another 4-5 months.
