The answer was "Thank you for the reviewer’s suggestion. I will refer to it in the following researches." The four reviewers for the second review all expressed satisfaction with our answers, and one reviewer still had comments. The editor required a major revision, and we answered the reviewer's questions in the major revision. The paper was revised a little and submitted, and then accepted.

Submitted in March 2019. A few days later it was directly rejected by the editor and was told that the first section in the article was with too few references and the structure needed to be optimized. It was recommended resubmitting. Then the review comments were given in May that it was rejected, but it can still be resubmitted. The reviewers were also very rigorous. The three reviewers gave more than 30 review comments, and the requirements for the experiment were very detailed. The third reviewer directly said that the article had a relatively simple idea and a narrow application field. After adding seven or eight pages of experimental content and writing more than ten pages of responses, the manuscript was submitted again in early September. Major revision was requested in early November and it should be returned and resubmitted within 20 days. The reviewers were not very rigorous as last time. But the third reviewers continued to question the application area. It was revised and retuned again at the beginning of December, but it was delayed for a few days due to the issue of the exceeded page agreement (The exceeded agreement must be submitted for each submission). After 20 days, I received review comments requesting minor revisions. The reviewer suggested to streamline the article. It was then revised and returned after four days, and accepted after two days. It took ten months for the whole review period which was with two rejections, one major revision and one minor revision. The review process is step-by-step, and it is very fast to send for review. The editors generally make decisions quickly. The review comments given by the reviewers have greatly improved the quality of the article and my writing ability.

Several other articles have been submitted to TIM. The processes are as follows. The first article was submitted in May 2017, the first revision in August 2017, the second revision in December 2017, and the manuscript was rejected in February 2018 (the journal does not allow another major revision after two major revisions). The editor-in-chief allowed us to resubmit. The revised submission was made in July, 2019, and revision was required in early January 2019. It was revised again in March 2019, and got rejected in April 2019 and the editor-in-chief did not allow resubmission. (Two consecutive resubmissions are not allowed). The first article has been reviewed for 6 rounds in the two years, 15 reviewers, and the response letter has exceeded more than 200 pages. It is still under review in a journal and will definitely be accepted by a good one. The second article was submitted in September 2018, and revised in December 2018. It got rejected in February 2019, as the reviewer believed that the problem he raised was not solved. It was allowed to resubmit, but we did not try, and changed to submit to IEEE Sensors Journal. It then got accepted at the end of June 2019. Two other articles have submitted to TIM, but they were not in scope and got rejected. They were finally published in Measurement Science and Technology and IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics, respectively.
