The revised manuscript was resubmitted on June 26, 2024, with comments given on July 14, 2024, rejecting it for being out of scope due to insufficient references. It's really frustrating, have you ever seen a manuscript rejected for being out of scope for the second time? Another revision was submitted on July 30, 2024, with the final decision expected by November 30, 2024, by 3 new reviewers, resulting in a request for major revisions. The manuscript was resubmitted on December 26, 2024, and there has been no response until now. Emails to the associate editor have been unsuccessful, although the assistant editor replied twice, but then stopped responding.

The first time I had a major revision, the reviewer's comments were very positive and only pointed out some minor errors. After revisions, the reviewers were all satisfied and recommended publication. However, the associate editor did not comment in the first round and accused me of plagiarizing DETR, leading to a rejection and resubmission. My work was completely unrelated to object detection, so I wrote an appeal letter, but received no reply. I had to make significant revisions to clarify the article and resubmit.

In the third round, I was again rejected for resubmission. This time, three new reviewers were assigned: two were satisfied and recommended publication, while one questioned the real-time nature of a certain module. The associate editor did not comment. How could this lead to another rejection for resubmission?

I redesigned the attention mechanism and wrote a response. After 20 days, I was once again rejected for resubmission, with no reviewer comments. The associate editor requested a completely new version without any trace of modifications, which left me speechless, as they had never made such a request in previous rounds.

I resubmitted a version without modification traces that same evening. Now I am waiting for the fifth round. Well, no comment.
