The comprehensive ranking that includes mechanical control, structure learning, etc., is probably IJRR, TRO, JFR, TMECH, TIE, TASE, TCYBER, TCST, TSMC, TIM, TCDS. The latest review record is as follows: it was submitted on May 28, 2018, conditionally accepted as a short essay on December 13, 2018, returned after revision on January 3, 2019, and accepted as a long essay on September 17, 2019. It took about 17 months and the review speed was relatively slow.

I have submitted three papers before, two of which were accepted. The quality of the paper that was not accepted was indeed not good, so I submitted it to a 3rd-tier journal. I thought the quality of this paper was very good, but it was rejected. The reason given was "it has great potential, but only numerical simulation, too theoretical, not suitable for a high-level journal like TASE". This rejection reminds me to remember to aim for fellow next time.

Q: Is it free to submit? Got the result in just two months.
A: All submissions to T-ASE are free, but whether there is a charge depends on the number of pages in the paper or if you choose to make it open access after acceptance.

Q: Were more reviewers added in the middle? How many reviewers in total?
A: I am not sure if more reviewers were added, but the final first review had three reviewers.

Q: Is "Under Review" mean it's under review?
A: From what I understand, in T-ASE journal, this status only appears in the hands of the editor.
