Reviewed 2010-07-24 17:58:00 After inquiring about this journal, I learned that it became an SCIE journal in 2008. It takes about three years for an impact factor to be evaluated, which is next year. According to my estimate, this journal’s impact factor is about 1. I submitted my manuscript in early April this year. It was evaluated by the peer reviewers for one and a half months. It was returned with major revision; I worked on it for nearly a month. After the revised manuscript was returned to the editor, it entered the editorial review stage. After about 10 days, they returned it to me again. There were only minor repairs this time, which took 3 days, and then it was completely revised. The second day after I resubmitted my manuscript, the editor requested that I send another copy of the title page and references. After emailing these items, I asked the editor to ask about whether this would impact my manuscript (I didn’t really know what was going on). She said that it was fine, but for some reason there was miscommunication and it would take about one month for the manuscript to be formally accepted.  (0) Thank | Anonymous  |

Reviewed 2016-07-11 14:34:12 The editorial attitude is very good, but the lack of professional knowledge, the review is unfair.In the first instance, three experts were found, two overhauls, and one minor repair, but the opinions were good.The second trial only found one of the experts. However, the expert and my philosophy were somewhat contrary. I raised a few strange questions and then refused.Wasted 6 months before and after.This expert is also very excessive. Since the opinions are different, why are they not raised in the first instance? The first trial raised several inconspicuous things, and then the second trial directly killed.The journals are reviewed quickly, and the editors are very kind.
