2020/04/24, submission (then the status in the system was always undergoing review); 2020/05/21, the decision was returned: major revision (the revised manuscript must be returned in 28 days). It was faster than I expected, the result came out in less than one month. My article was on cross application of artificial intelligence and remote sensing.
