This journal is ridiculous. I’ve submitted multiple papers, and I currently have one paper that has been in their online submission system for more than 6 months. Although the online system keeps reminding me about deadlines, I am still waiting for news from the editor. My colleague also submitted to this journal and he has been waiting three months for a decision. This journal is clearly slow in the review process. I don’t know what’s going on… my other friend said that this journal wasn’t difficult to get published in. Whatever. I withdrew a submission because this journal is just too slow, and the editor is unresponsive. The last reminder I received from their online system told me “that I already had reviewed the draft.” Ha. Don’t waste your time with this journal.

Submitted on October 6, 2023, accepted on December 15, 2023, taking a little over two months. Reviewed by two reviewers, both provided feedback, with about 3 comments each, appreciating the work and directly stating "good work". However, the reviewers were quite stringent, expressing doubts about the accuracy of the methods used, requesting the names of all the calculation and simulation software used, as well as requiring mathematical proofs for the results. In addition, one reviewer made three supplementary suggestions, requesting detailed explanations, which actually increased the workload.
Overall, the journal was author-friendly, but the peer review was strict, with a requirement for innovation and surprisingly, a request for comparison with industry results. The second review takes 20 days, with all reviewers agreeing to accept it, and the editor directly gave an accept. Overall, the efficiency is quite high, and it is still worth submitting for some innovative work
