Two weeks later, minor revision. I again revised, submitted one month later and it was accepted. In short, the journal has high standards for experimental data and research significance. The comments given by the reviewers are critical and suggested adding new experiments. I refused to do this and responded that the data in the paper are sufficient. The additional experiments should be the content of another article. This is a study of methodology, not the accumulation of experimental data. Sometimes we need to state our reasons, but when we need to be polite and provide the rationale. Journals usually like methodological papers because they may increase the citation rate of the journal. In the results of the first major revision, one reviewer is more affirmative about the article, saying that it is of great significance; the other criticized the article a lot, which made me feel depressed. When replying to the reviewer's comments, the reason should be clearly stated. Make you meaning clear, and the reply must not be rude. It takes a year from the beginning of writing to get this paper published, so start early. The revision and repeated modification of the language are very important, because it will be a pity if the paper I rejected because of the language.
