Reviewed 2010-08-26 23:49:00 A German journal, formerly archiv fur hydrobiology. In 2008 the journal was renamed FUNDAMENTAL AND APPLIED LIMNOLOGY. The journal focuses on limnology, most of the research is on the relationship between animals and plants in lakes, especially benthic organisms. The general review time of the journal is between one and a half to two months, and the revised version is generally reviewed for 2 to 6 weeks. After a lab member submitted to the manuscript, the review comments were received after 40 days. After one month of revision, he re-submitted. The paper was accepted after about 20 days.
