Reviewed 2012-03-06 19:12:00 I submitted in the end of June of 2011, and now, 8 months, I got no news; I reminded the editor twice, no results....After 9 months, the review process was restarted. It seems that the previous under review is a fake state, and there was no review at all. Within a few days, the state finally changed, from under review to decline submission, so it was rejected, and there were no review comments. I emailed the executive editor, got no response. I then sent an email directly to the editor-in-chief and assistant editor, asking why rejection after 9 months there were no comments. After a few days, an email reply says that the topic of your paper does not match the topic of the journal. It is recommended to submit to another journal. Then, for the abstract and the introduction, pointed out some minor English grammar problems.  (0) Thank | Anonymous  |
