This is the fastest journal experience I've had. On the second day of submission, I received a minor revision request in the morning. There was only one requirement, which was to add two specified references, both by Russian authors. After adding the references as requested, the manuscript was formally accepted the same evening. It was published on May 11, 2022. This article of mine is actually quite mediocre, and the purpose of writing it was solely to increase my chances of winning a national award by padding my data. I had been rejected a few times by other journals before, and the previous reviewers' comments didn't seem very helpful, so I didn't make many changes and simply continued to submit it. In the end, it was almost directly accepted, which was quite unexpected for me. Overall, this journal is quite suitable for publishing articles that aim to increase scholarship data. It is efficient, has low barriers, and is not open access (I've seen many people asking about whether this journal is open access and if there are publication fees, but this journal is not open access and doesn't require any fees). I don't know if the requirements have changed now, but I hope this journal continues to improve. I also wish everyone a successful submission.

This journal seems to have a preference for articles containing carbon fiber.
