It took 6 months for the first review, 4 months for the second review, and 3 months for the third review. It was finally accepted at 5 A.M. on September 24 2020. Reviewed 2020-06-15 04:48:40 The review speed of this journal was very slow, and it took 4 months for the first review. Major revision was required, and I was required to submitted the revised manuscript in 4 months. We revised it carefully for more than 3 months, including the issues that the editor thought need not to be revised. It took nearly 4 months again for the second review. However, all the editor and reviewers recommended to accept it directly. The editor and the reviewers were responsible.
