Anyone involved in environmental fluid or geological fluid research would typically reference articles from this journal. In recent years, there has been a focus on the coupled problems of fractured media, with a strong emphasis on numerical work. Several classic achievements have been published here.

I submitted an article, which was handled by the editor for nearly a month. The first review took 3-4 months. There were two reviewers, one with a positive response and the other with a skeptical attitude. The comments were sharp, and they easily spotted minor errors in the formulas, even suggesting referencing a paper from Physical Review. They also raised several fundamental questions, which were quite challenging.

After arduous revisions, I wrote a 13-page response letter. After submitting the major revisions, it took about 1 month for re-review. The editor finally confirmed the acceptance, and it was a success. The whole process took approximately 5-6 months and was not easy. I am grateful to myself and thankful to the editor!
