Good journal! My manuscript was handled by the chief editor, and the speed of review was very fast. Although it went back and forth many times for revision, I’m happy with the end result. However, the editor is extremely responsible and very kind. Dec-29 submission, Jan-5 returned to revise the language, Jan-12 resubmission, Jan-13 returned to revise the language, Jan-18 resubmission, 1-25 returned to revise the language...... Finally, I sent it for language editing on Mar-1, and resubmitted on Mar-15. It was then sent for peer review. A major revision at the end of May, a major revision at the end of June, a minor revision in August, and several minor revisions in September. Officially published in early October. That's right, the typesetting and proofreading were completed in a few days, and then published!
