Be cautious when submitting. First of all, this is ESCI, not SCI. If the school does not recognize ESCI, then it can only be considered EI.
Let me talk about my submission experience. On March 31, 2025, it was recommended to transfer to Measurement Science and Technology, but it took 10 days to return due to the need to supplement information. It was resubmitted on April 9. Then, another 10 days passed, and on April 20, because some authors were deleted compared to the transfer, the editor sent an email requesting an explanation. After sending the email back on April 21, there was no response, and it was dragged until May 15 when a rejection was finally given. The reasons given were just clichés, stating that it did not meet the publication standards and was rejected for review. The whole process from transfer to rejection took 45 days, with at least 10 days delay at each step, and the efficiency of handling manuscripts was difficult to commend.
