The submission has been in the editor's hands for four months and there is no contact email for the editor until after four months in the system. There is also no contact information on the official website during the first four months. After five months of submission, it was rejected due to not being able to find a reviewer, and throughout the entire process of over nine months, there was no channel provided to recommend a reviewer.
