Reviewed 2025-06-30 18:50:54 The first review was quick, then the second review didn't even provide any opinions before asking for revisions. They didn't answer when asked for the reasons, and finally after more than 3 months the final review rejected my submission. It took a total of nine months, and the contact editor never directly answered questions, like talking to a robot. They rejected and recommended transferring to a bunch of OA journals, with hints in the submission process to choose OA journals. Is Springer so desperate for money? Reviewed 2025-05-22 22:48:05 Submitted on 11.11.2024, initial review took 2 months, sent for review on January 7, 2025, and now it has been close to 5 months without any news. Emails to the editorial department only receive template replies, a very bad submission experience. There is no way to withdraw the submission. The attitude of the Chinese Academy of Sciences towards these old journals is very correct, very arrogant and evasive. These journals should be downgraded to Tier 3 or Tier 4. (0) Thank | senhai |
