In the direction of cooling the photovoltaic panels, the first reviewer cannot find a reviewer. In the previous month and a half, 51 invitations were sent and only 3 were accepted. Then it took another half month for the review committee to not provide any results. What's wrong with the editor, it's maddening.

On March 3, 2025, the editor of 2-1-1 once again urged a reviewer who had not accepted the manuscript for review.

On March 16, 2025, the review for 2-1-1 was completed, but the reviewer never responded, so the editor stopped waiting.

On March 16, 2025, the manuscript was accepted.

Accepted on March 2, 2025, this paper went through a three-month first review and a four-month second review.
