It mainly required us to improve the tables and figures that were not clear, to rewrite the abstract and conclusions, and required the language to be to polished by qualified foreign language editing company, with the proof and polishing process provided; one month after the resubmission, the second review comments were received. This time it required a minor revision. About a week after submission, we received the acceptance confirmation notice. My personal opinion on this journal is that, first, the journal emphasizes practical engineering applications, so it does not require too much on mechanism research, but the paper must be based on practical applications; second, the language requirements are strict. If the comments required that it must be polished, it is best to contact the editorial office for consultation. It seems that an internal editing agency will take the initiative to contact you. Then basically, the paper is very possible to be accepted.

Resubmission was required after one month and a half of first review. I revised the article one by one according to the comments and resubmitted it. It took 4 months for the second review, and only one reviewer raised two minor comments, and it was then rejected. I am now appealing. It took 7 months in total.
