Don't worry, I submitted it at the end of September last year, and there has been no movement since the second review. It has been over 8 months now...
Both the first and second reviews had reviewers (one from Egypt and one from Japan) who required citations of literature. The editor did not check the comments and deleted all the citations after the revision. Also, because the first reviewer's request for citations violated the principle of anonymity, a new set of reviewers had to be found for the second review, which took a very long time. 
I have tried to push for progress, but it seems futile. The cost of silence is too high, and I suspect that they will need to find new reviewers for the second revision as well. It's really frustrating.
