Reviewed 2016-07-07 16:50:14 Submitted my paper on May 16, 2013. No result EVEN at the beginning of October. Very slow, definitely not recommended. Every time I interacted with the editor via the journal’s helpdesk, the editor was reluctant to assist me - very irresponsible and unhelpful. After 5 months of waiting, the editor had no word on my paper. I asked the editor to withdraw my submission and he said there were rules against it. The editor also said that its common for reviews to take up to 270 days. Funny… at exactly 270 days post-submission, he returned the first reviews.  (0) Thank | Anonymous  |
