I wrote exactly 3 pages. The manuscript was sent for review one week after submission, and it was rejected directly after 3 days without giving any review comments. My article is about an improvement and application of existing methods. It was previously submitted as a to IEEE Transaction on Power Electronics and was directly rejected. The reviewers agreed that the innovation was not very high. After the revision, I submitted it to this journal. I just want to take a chance. After I submitted it to two journals, I felt that letter-type articles are very demanding on innovation, or they would be rejected directly. I am about to graduate, and there is a long article in the second review on IEEE Transaction on Power Electronics. The external review is over. I am waiting for the deputy editor to decide. I hope it will be successful and then I can graduate successfully.

After the first review, there will be a major revision 11 months later. Following the second review, there will be minor revisions 10 days after the manuscript is returned for revision. After the third review, the manuscript will be accepted 10 days after being returned for revision. Including the time for revisions, the whole process will take a little over a year.
