I am a newbie in SCI. I submitted my paper on January 29th and it was immediately rejected on the same day because the similarity was too high. They asked me to revise it, so I resubmitted on February 2nd. On March 31st, it came back with a request for major revisions. I revised it and resubmitted on April 25th.
