This journal is highly-regarded in the field of parallel distributed computing. I have submitted a few times, and my papers have been rejected in the past. More recently, my submission received reviews recommending acceptance pending revisions. I feel that the review period is average, and that the reviewer’s comments were essential in improving the overall quality of my article.
