This journal is highly-regarded in the field of parallel distributed computing. I have submitted a few times, and my papers have been rejected in the past. More recently, my submission received reviews recommending acceptance pending revisions. After addressing the reviewers’ and editor’s comments, my article was accepted (about 8 months after the initial submission). I feel that the review period is average, and that the reviewer’s comments were essential in improving the overall quality of my article.
