Reviewed 2024-08-18 18:57:08 The most frustrating thing is that the editor-in-chief is very slow, this journal seems to like keeping fish, they won't give you a clear rejection, they would rather leave your article hanging than reject it. In addition, there is a pre-review discussion section, which is also very abrupt, and there is no mention of this section in the author guidelines, so it is not clear what should be filled in, they just let you guess what you should do in this section.
