Reviewed 2023-02-26 14:19:48 Unbelievable! I submitted my article in early December, and it has been over two months. The editorial department still hasn't signed it. I have sent numerous reminder letters, but the response speed is extremely slow. Either I receive an automated reply saying they are on vacation or they reply after two weeks. I want to withdraw my submission, but there is no option to do so. Even if I send a withdrawal email, they don't reply and leave you hanging. It's also not possible to submit to other publications.
