First of all, let's talk about the rules. The review fee is 250 euros. After payment, the manuscript will be reviewed. Payment has no relation to whether the manuscript will be accepted.

Actually, this journal is my last resort. Almost all of my mediocre manuscripts have been accepted by this journal in the end. The review process takes about a month, and there are hardly any changes to the content except formatting. Manuscripts submitted in March 23 will be published in August 23, and those submitted in July 23 will be published in February 24. This year, the scores have decreased across the board, and this journal has fallen below 1 point. Most of the articles are from Chinese authors. The 250 euros fee is not expensive, to be honest. Any normal group should not have trouble with this small amount. It's suitable for graduates to earn some extra income. You can just casually write and sell it to colleagues

I was really tricked by this magazine. They require a submission fee of 1500 yuan even before reviewing the manuscript. Regardless of acceptance, the fee is non-refundable. This clause is really ruthless. What's worse is that shortly after paying the fee, they claimed that the article is not suitable and directly rejected it, without providing any feedback. It's really frustrating. There is no way to appeal! It's a magazine that operates based on connections.
