Contrary to the writing of the discussion section and introduction, the structure is a reverse funnel that unfolds from small to large. Starting from the reasonableness of each research result, anomalies, and the principles behind them, slowly analyze in depth before naturally leading to the main conclusions of the paper for discussion. Finally, further analyze and point out the importance/significance/generality/application value of the research

Research Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between social media usage and mental health among young adults.
Research Process: A survey was conducted among 500 young adults aged 18-25 to gather data on their social media habits and mental health status. Statistical analysis was then performed to identify any correlations or patterns.
Research Findings: The results showed a significant correlation between excessive social media use and symptoms of anxiety and depression among the participants.

Discussion: These findings are consistent with previous studies that have also linked heavy social media use to poor mental health outcomes. It is possible that the constant comparison to others and fear of missing out on social events can contribute to feelings of inadequacy and anxiety.

Contribution and Significance: This study contributes to the growing body of research on the impact of social media on mental health. By identifying this relationship, mental health professionals can better understand and address the potential risks of social media use among young adults.

Future Directions: Future research should focus on exploring interventions or strategies to promote healthy social media habits and mitigate the negative effects on mental health
