Reviewed 2024-09-22 08:25:17 First review comments after 4 months. 2 reviewers both irrelevant with the subject area. Comments from both reviewers were full of errors and showed their ignorance. They had not understand what they have read. First reviewer reccomended resubmission after no sense and useless corrections, while the second did not say anything about resubmission or not (full ignorance).
