Reviewed 2023-07-17 11:30:16 It looks like they have just transferred to a new publishing house, and the processing speed has become extremely fast. It took only about twenty days from submission to receiving the first round of external review, with one major revision and one minor revision. The feedback was generally fair. It took less than two months from submission to acceptance, and the article is now indexed by ESCI&EI. The impact factor for this year is 1.8, and the article processing charge is only $550.
