Advantages: As an economics journal, this journal is really fast, the editor puts a lot of effort into each individual manuscript, which is quite different from other large-scale journals (such as applied economics or empirical economics). Although Emerald does not publicly disclose its acceptance rate, based on the submission numbers, it receives 100-120 submissions per year and accepts 40-50, so it can be considered a journal with an acceptance rate of 30%-40%. Overall, the difficulty is not high, as long as you do a good job, it's okay, and the editorial stance is clearly biased towards the authors. In the field of real estate economics, it is a mid-tier journal with some lack of manuscripts. 

Disadvantages: The quality of the reviewers is really not commendable, almost every submission will have reviewers who write messy reviews just to reject the manuscript, but the editor still insists on giving a major revision, which is a bit unsightly. Personally, when I reviewed for this journal, I gave suggestions for rejection, but the editor insisted on major revisions repeatedly, and in the end, I had to compromise
