Based on my experience, I won’t be submitting to this journal again. In brief, I submitted in early May and heard nothing from the editor until mid-August. About one week later, I received an email from the editor-in-chief with two reviews. The first reviewer had reviewed my article on May 11 and the second reviewer on August 22.  I would have thought the editor would have reviewed the document himself or found an alternative reviewer. Oh well. If you’re eager to publish, this may not be the best journal as the editors aren’t that proactive.
