Slow as hell, and the feedback is very casual, not very helpful, just a waste of time.
Submitted for a whole year (always under review), I emailed the editor to urge them, and within a week they found a reviewer who hastily gave some feedback. It's clear that the feedback is very casual, not carefully examined, clearly rushed, and then it got rejected.
Although the journal is quite prestigious (Q2), the speed of reviewing papers on their homepage is still okay. It's all about that circle, so don't bother trying if you're not part of that inner circle
