The most disgusting submission experience ever, no doubt about it! Submitted in July 2022, after three rounds of review until April 2023, it was finally rejected! The speed of the journal is seriously inconsistent with the speed indicated on the journal's homepage! Due to the procrastination of the editorial department and editors, each round of reviewers could not be found in the end, so new reviewers had to be invited. As a result, the final rejection actually suggested submitting to a journal on information management! What were they doing before??? The timeline is as follows:

22.7.21: submitted
22.7.31: with editor
22.9.7: out for review
22.2.11: decision pending, both reviewers recommended major revisions
23.3.29: revised submitted
23.4.25: with editor
23.6.28: decision pending, one of the previous reviewers could not be found, one recommended minor revisions, and a new reviewer recommended major revisions
23.9.15: revised submitted
23.10.19: with editor
24.3.1: Out for review, all three previous reviewers could not be found, so two new reviewers were invited
24.3.29: Decision pending
24.4.2: rejected
