This journal is very efficient and generally returns peer reviews within one month. I recently submitted a manuscript to this journal, and my experience was OK. The reviewers offered excellent edits and comments, and the editor did offer us a chance to re-submit pending major revisions, but there were a few times were miscommunication with the editor was an issue. In short, the editor was not clear on the expectations for our manuscript, and as a result, we had to go through many rounds of revision to ensure publication. Plus, the editor was only responsive some of the time, and the language requirements are very high for this journal.
