Reviewed 2011-09-13 21:05:00 The technical requirements, innovation and scope are higher than other journals. There is a specific process that your manuscript goes through once it is submitted. First, an editor is assigned a few days after you submit. Then, after one month of editing by that editor, your manuscript is sent out for peer review. After peer review (one to two months), the editor will return the reviewers’ comments. From my experience, the review speed is comparable to other journals.
