Every aspect of the submission process was fast and straightforward (submission, revisions, reviewers, etc.). Unfortunately, the publishing process post-acceptance is super-slow. I suspect that this is a quarterly journal.

The submission was made in November 2019, and the third round of revisions was notified on October 7, 2021. The opinions have been repeatedly changing, all of which are basic knowledge of bioinformatics. I don't know the level of the reviewers hired, as the author has to explain the basic terms and algorithms over and over again. There is still no outcome, it's too slow.

After the third modification, it has been 12 months. I sent an email to inquire, but they still claimed to be too busy to handle it. The speed of their service is so slow, I suggest everyone not to invest in it.

Returned for experiment modification in May 2020. 
Submitted modification in August 2020. 
Still no news in March 2021, and when asked, the editor says there are too many manuscripts to process.
