I submitted a manuscript in March last year, and only received the reviews this November. I never received any news from the editor during the process; perhaps, there was a problem with their online system. I’ve had other experiences with this journal where the reviewer’s comments were never returned… I mean, it’s not the editor’s fault if the reviewers don’t follow through with their obligation. It is, however, frustrating. I hope that anyone who submits to this journal understands. If you are trying to publish quickly, then submit elsewhere. This journal has a good reputation, but the review period is slow and you have to be patient.
